Key Dates & Details
Billing
- All service charges will stop on October 1, 2025.
- The platform will be free for the remainder of October.
Service End Date
- The last day to access the platform is October 31, 2025.
Data Export
- Emails sent through Google or Outlook will remain in your inboxes.
- Social messages will remain on their original platforms
For other data, you can request a .csv export by emailing [email protected].
Data Deletion
- All team data will be securely deleted within 90 days of the shutdown.
- Want to delete your account earlier? Go to Team Settings → Delete My Team.
Support During Transition
Our team will be available at [email protected] throughout this period for off-boarding guidance.
