Once you write out your template and set your use case, the AI will fill out and send out your responses. These automated replies ensure quick, consistent, and accurate communication, helping you improve response times while reducing manual workload. Variable fields are dynamically filled to personalize each message, maintaining a human-like and professional tone in every interaction.

 

Setup

  1. Set up your template: instructions here
  2. Toggle the “Auto-send” button ON
  3. Click “Save Changes” to save your automatic email
