Is there a delay between when an email is received and when the automatic email will go out?ย 

Yes, we will send out the automated email three minutes after the customer email is received.ย 

 

Is there a way to test this feature?ย 

Yes, simply set up the AI-templates with an assigned use case to test out whether or not the AI is able to pull the right template into the composer based on your described use case. If you notice that it is not pulling the template in when it should, you may need to refine the use case listed on your template. Once you are satisfied with the performance, you can toggle the โ€œAuto-sendโ€ on in your template settings (each template has its own toggle for auto-sending)ย 

 

Will the emails still show up in my inbox?ย 

Yes, all emails that are automatically sent out will show in the ‘All’ tab under your email channel.
