Connecting Instagram
Note: Only Supermoon Admins are able to manage this integration. You will also want to make sure that you are logged into Supermoon and logged into the Instagram account that you wish to integrate before starting this process.
Note: Supermoon only integrates with Creator or Business Instagram accounts.
Overview
With Supermoon, you can access multiple Instagram Business Accounts from your shared inbox. Respond to incoming comments, DM’s, and story replies, all from within the Supermoon platform.
Steps
- Navigate to the Supermoon Settings (bottom left of your screen)
- Navigate to Linked Accounts
- Go to Link Social & Messaging Accounts and select ‘Connect with Instagram’
- Select ‘Get Started’ when the Instagram pop up appears (Facebook may prompt you to login first)
- Choose the Instagram accounts you want Supermoon to access and review what Supermoon is asking to do, and then press ‘Save’
- Choose how much of your historical message history you would like to import, and press ‘Connect’
Once your Instagram is connected, you should begin to see your messages import. If you have a lot of messages importing, it may take several hours to complete.
