Connecting Instagram
Note: Only users with admin permissions on your team are able to manage this integration.
Note: Supermoon only integrates with Creator or Business Instagram accounts.
Overview
With Supermoon, you can connect your Creator or Business Instagram accounts and respond to DMโs and Story replies all from within your new AI-powered inbox.
Steps
- Navigate to the Supermoon Settings (bottom left of your screen)
- Click ‘Linked Accounts’
- Scroll to the Link Social & Messaging Accounts section and click ‘Connect with Instagram’
- Click ‘Get Started’ when the Instagram pop up appears (Facebook may prompt you to login first)
- Choose the Instagram account you want Supermoon to access and review what Supermoon is asking to do, and then click ‘Save’
- Choose how much of your historical message history you would like to import, and click ‘Connect’
Once your Instagram is connected, you should begin to see your messages import. If you have a lot of messages importing, it may take several hours to complete.
