Connecting Shopify
Note: Only Supermoon Admins are able to manage this integration. You will also want to make sure that you are logged into Supermoon and logged into the Shopify account that you wish to integrate before starting this process.
Note: It can take several hours from the moment a customer makes a purchase to when that information is reflected inside Supermoon on a relevant customer’s message. This is normal and simply a part of the way Shopify releases that information to our app.
Overview
Supermoon’s Shopify integration lets you see relevant customer information within the Supermoon platform as you correspond with customers. You will be able to see customer order information next to customer messages and the AI will be able to reference it in responding to emails and live chat questions.
Steps
- Navigate to the Supermoon Settings (bottom left of your screen)
- Navigate to the Linked Accounts tab
- Select Connect Shopify, and proceed to open the Shopify app when prompted
- When the installation is complete, select ‘Continue’ to finish the process
