Delete Knowledge Base Items
Overview
Supermoon uses what it knows about your company to draft email replies and communicate with customers via live web chat. You can add, edit, or remove info from this knowledge base at any time.
Steps
- Navigate to Knowledge Base in the left side bar
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab
- Hover over the Knowledge Base Item that you would like to delete
- Select the three dots on the right side
- Select delete
- Select delete when prompted to confirm your action
The AI will no longer reference this information in any new messages going forward.
