Overview

Supermoon uses what it knows about your company to draft email replies and communicate with customers via the live chat. You can add, edit, or remove info from this knowledge base at any time.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base in the left side bar
  2. Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab
  3. Hover over the Knowledge Base Item that you would like to edit
  4. Select the three dots on the right side
  5. Select edit
  6. Select save when finished
