Should I add Supermoon as a member to my Google Group? 

No, you do not need to add your Supermoon email address to your Google Group as a member. 

Will Supermoon also sync emails addressed to my personal email address? 

No, your personal emails will not be sent to Supermoon’s inbox. Only emails addressed to your Google Group email address will be visible inside of your Supermoon inbox.  

Can I connect multiple Google Group email addresses to Supermoon?

Yes, you can integrate multiple Google Group addresses by repeating the setup process for each one.

Will I be able to reply from both my Google Groups email address and my personal email address in Supermoon? 

No, you will only be able to respond from your google groups email address in Supermoon. 

Do I need Supermoon admin permissions to complete the integration?

Yes, only admins can manage email integrations in Supermoon. 

Do I need to use my personal email to set this up?

Yes. Since Google Groups does not function like a standard inbox, you must use a personal Google account to authorize the integration.

Will Supermoon import all past emails from my Google Group, or only new ones?

You will be able to choose to import 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years, or none of your past emails. 

Can I send emails from Supermoon using my Google Group email address, or just receive them?

You will be able to both send and receive emails using your Google Group email address. 

Can I assign emails from my Google Group to specific agents in Supermoon?

Yes, you can. 

Why aren’t emails from my Google Group appearing in Supermoon?

It can take several minutes to several hours to import emails into Supermoon, depending on how many emails you are importing. If emails are not showing up in Supermoon, you can check that the integration is still active in Supermoon by navigating to your Supermoon settings → Channels → Email.

Will my responses in Supermoon be distributed to all Google Group members?

Not as long as you have disabled this in your Google Group settings, as explained in (link article). Replies sent through Supermoon will go directly to the customer and will not be automatically forwarded to other Google Group members.
