Invite Teammates
Note: Only Admins can invite team members to a team.
Note: Supermoon’s Free Plan limits teams to 5 members
Overview
You can collaborate with teammates to view and respond to messages within the same shared inbox by inviting those teammates to your team. As a team, you can utilize these team collaboration tools: assign, subscribe, tag, and prioritize messages, comment internally directly on message threads, tag team members within message threads using @ mentions, and chat internally as a team using the Team Chat.
Steps
- Navigate to the Supermoon Settings (bottom left of your screen)
- Navigate to Teammates
- Select ‘Add a Teammate’ in the top right
- Enter their email address in the type field and press ‘Send’
The teammates you invite will receive an email allowing them to create their own accounts in order to then accept your invite and join your team.
