Notifications Setup

Overview

Supermoon allows users to set up email, in-app, and push notifications on their desktop or mobile device.

Set up Supermoon notifications for the following events:

  • a new message is created
  • a new reply is sent or received on a message you are assigned or subscribed to
  • you are @ mentioned in an internal comment
  • you have been assigned to a message
  • you have been subscribed to a message.
  • the status is changed on a message you are assigned or subscribed to
  • tags are changed on a message you are assigned or subscribed to

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Supermoon Settings (bottom left of your screen)
  2. Click ‘Notifications’
  3. Use the toggles to choose which notifications you would like to receive
