Setting up forwarding with Outlook Mail
Overview
If you have a business email such as [email protected] or [email protected], you can set up email forwarding in that existing email address so that all customer communication that normally arrives in that email inbox, will forward into your new Supermoon team. For any email providers besides Gmail and Outlook, you will need to set up email forwarding to receive messages in Supermoon.
Steps
- Sign into your Supermoon team and go to the Admin tab in your Settings
- Copy your Team Email Address
(it will look like this: [email protected]) - Now sign into your Outlook account
- Click the settings icon in the top right
- In the search bar, enter ‘Forwarding’
- Select ‘Forwarding’
- Click ‘Enable Forwarding’
- Paste in the Team Email Address you copied earlier
- Click ‘Save’
