Overview

Supermoon uses what it knows about your company to draft email replies and communicate with customers via the live chat. You can add, edit, or remove info from this knowledge base at any time.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base in the left side bar
  2. Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab
  3. Paste a URL in the URL box and click ‘Submit’

Add AI Personalizations via URL

Once the AI finishes processing the URL you submit, the information it gathered will appear on the ‘Knowledge’ tab for you to edit, delete, or add to.
