What are the differences in the plans and what is recommended for my team?
Every new team comes with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. This gives you a great experience of Supermoon for free as you begin to try us out. Once you are ready to pick your plan or your trial has ended, you can select from the Starter, Growth, Pro or Ultra plans.
The main difference between plans is how many AI Reply Credits you receive per the month. All plans offer unlimited teammates, integrations, and messages.
The Starter plan is great for individuals and side projects and gives you all channels & apps, unlimited teammates, and unlimited message as well as full chat history. The Starter plan includes up to 100 AI Replies per month and also includes AI Sentiment Detection and AI Message Summaries.
The Growth plan is perfect for small teams with a growing brand and customer base. It includes everything in the Starter plan as well as expands the amount of AI Replies your team has to 500 per month. Also included in this plan is AI personalization set up and onboarding assistance.
The Pro plan is best for growing teams that need more AI Replies. It includes everything in the Starter plan and Growth plan as well as expands the amount of AI Replies your team has to 1500 per month.
The Ultra plan is built for larger teams that demand top-tier AI and on-going support. It includes everything in the Starter, Growth, and Pro plans as well as expands the amount of AI Replies your team has to 5000 per month. This plan also includes a dedicated account manager.
Do my left over AI Replies roll over to the next billing cycle?
No. At the end of your payment cycle, your AI Reply usage will restart to the amount that correlates with the plan you are on.
What is considered an AI Reply?
The number of replies written by AI per month, which can include:
- AI drafts for emails & socials
- AI rewrites such as Rephrase or Expand
- AI auto-answers for MoonChat
- AI suggestions for Smart Contact Form
Can I purchase more AI Reply Credits?
Extra AI Reply Credits can be purchased for $10 per 100 AI Replies.
Which plans include white labeling of the Smart Contact Form and MoonChat?
All of our plans include white labeling. You can manage these settings in your Smart Contact Form Settings and MoonChat Settings.
