    Configuration Options<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Team Name:<\/strong> This is the name of your team as seen by customers.<\/li>\n
    • Theme Color:<\/strong> Choose a color that corresponds to your company\u2019s brand.<\/li>\n
    • Widget Position:<\/strong> This is where MoonChat will show up on your website to customers.<\/li>\n
    • Online Schedule:<\/strong> Set the hours during which you\u2019re available to chat with customers.<\/li>\n
    • Online Welcome Message:<\/strong> This is sent to the customer when they first open the chat and you are online.<\/li>\n
    • Offline Welcome Message:<\/strong> This is sent to the customer when they first open the chat and you are offline.<\/li>\n
    • Enable AI Auto Answers (Pro Feature):<\/strong> If enabled, MoonChat will use what it knows about your business along with product and inventory information pulled from Shopify to automatically answer customer questions.<\/li>\n
    • Show \u2018Powered by Supermoon\u2019 Footer (Pro Feature):<\/strong> Toggle this switch off to hide the \u2018Powered by Supermoon\u2019 footer at the bottom of the widget.<\/li>\n
    • Show on Mobile:<\/strong> \u200b\u200bBy default, MoonChat will show up on both desktop and mobile.
