Steps to install on Shopify<\/h2>\n

  1. Navigate to Settings<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to Smart Contact Form in the left navigation<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the “Configuration” page<\/li>\n
  4. Toggle the \u201cEnable Smart Contact Form\u201d to ON<\/li>\n

  5. Use the Configuration page to configure the Smart Contact Form to your liking (see more information below)<\/li>\n
  6. Select Save<\/li>\n
  7. On the Install page, select \u201cInstall\u201d<\/li>\n
  8. Login to your Shopify account, and add a new section<\/li>\n
  9. Under Apps, select Smart Contact Form<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE: You may need to click “Save” and then refresh your browser page to see the Smart Contact Form on your website.<\/p>\n

    Manual Installation<\/h2>\n

    To install your Smart Contact Form on your website, copy-paste the line below into your website\u2019s header.<\/p>\n

    \nThen, copy-paste the line below into your website\u2019s body, at the point where you would like the Smart Contact Form to show.<\/p>\n

    Configuration Settings<\/h2>\n

    • Website URL:<\/strong> Here you can enter the URL of the website on which you will be installing the Smart Contact Form. If you’d like to use it on multiple websites, separate each URL with a comma.<\/li>\n
    • AI Suggestions:<\/strong> Toggle ON to show items from your knowledge base to customers as they’re filling out the Smart Contact Form.<\/li>\n
    • Product Recommendations:<\/strong> Toggle ON to show relevant product recommendations to customers as they are filling out the Smart Contact Form.<\/li>\n
    • Completion Message:<\/strong> This is Shown to the customer after they’ve submitted their message.<\/li>\n
    • Forwarding Email Address:<\/strong> By default, all Smart Contact Form submissions will show up in Supermoon. If you’d like to forward these submissions to an email address outside of Supermoon as well, enter it here. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.<\/li>\n
    • Show \u2018Powered by Supermoon\u2019 Footer:<\/strong> Toggle this switch off to hide the ‘Powered by Supermoon’ footer at the bottom of the form.<\/li>\n
    • Choose Button Color<\/li>\n
    • Choose Background Color<\/li>\n
    • Alignment<\/li>\n
    • Corners<\/li>\n
