Why isnโ€™t my Smart Contact Form showing up on my site?

If youโ€™ve configured and installed your Smart Contact Form, but it isnโ€™t appearing on your site, check the URL listed in the setup field. If the form is linked to an incorrect URL, it wonโ€™t display on your website, even if it appears in the Shopify theme editor.

 

Why isnโ€™t the Smart Contact Form showing up in my Shopify theme editor?

To display the Smart Contact Form in the Shopify theme editor, you need to manually add it as a block:

  1. Open the Shopify theme editor and navigate to the page where you want the form to appear
  2. Click the “+” button to add a new block
  3. Select “Apps”, then choose “Supermoon Smart Contact Form”
  4. Save your changes

 

How do I edit the form once it is on my site?

You can only edit your Smart Contact Form through your Supermoon account settings. Here, you can adjust the layout, branding, fields, and other options.

Changes cannot be made directly in the Shopify theme editor.

 

Why am I receiving two notifications for each form submission?

If you receive two notifications every time a form is submitted, it’s likely due to email forwarding settings in Supermoon.

By default, Supermoon sends a notification when a form is submitted to the Smart Contact Form channel in your settings. If you also have email forwarding enabled, this may result in duplicate notifications.

If you use Supermoon as your primary inbox, you may want to disable email forwarding to prevent duplicate alerts.
